About Pro Bono Club

Pro Bono Club (PB club) Scheme, has been conceptualized to strengthen the existing pro bono programme, by integrating law schools and students within its fold. The primary objective of this scheme is to improve the efficiency and quality of pro bono legal services by providing assistance to pro bono advocates through competent law students. Pro Bono Legal services programme was launched in April 2017.

About Pro Bono India

Founded in October 2016 with an aim to integrate legal aid and awareness initiatives – ProBono India has ventured into different avenues viz. legal aid, legal awareness, legal intervention, legal journalism, legal activism etc. – all with the underlying objective of contributing to the positive development of the society with a strong socio-legal approach.

About National Pro Bono Drafting Competiton.

Eligibility

The competition is open for the students currently pursuing their bachelor’s degree in law i.e. 3-Year or 5Year law course from any recognized university/college in India.

Team Composition

Individual Participation is allowed. Participation in a team of two is allowed. The substitution of any team member after the registration process has been completed, is not allowed. There is no restriction on the number of entries from any university/college.

Registration Process

The participating team can register themselves by filling out the Registration Form

After the successful registration, each participant or team shall be allocated a UNIQUE TEAM CODE for further reference.
