Jindal Global Law School (JGLS), India’s first global law school is situated on a 80-acre state of the art residential JGU campus. About the Event
JGILS is an open source working paper series conceptualized to create conversation and content between the theory-practice divide that exists in the study of insolvency and bankruptcy law in India. With its launchpad papers from leading practitioners, the second series will be September 02-05, 2023 virtually and is structured to increase dialogue between policy, theory, implementation and research locally and globally.
