About Us:
Adbuffs is a performance marketing agency specializing in Google, Facebook, Amazon, Shopify, Email marketing, Social Media Consultancy, and Search Marketing Consultancy.
As a Legal Executive for Adbuffs, you’ll work closely with the internal teams (Directors, Sales and leadership team) and act as the Company Secretary and independently manage associated responsibilities.
THE ROLE:
- Responsible for ensuring that the company is conducting its business in full compliance with all the national laws and all the applicable rules and regulations.
- Providing inputs or coordinating for inputs from company counsel to assist the HR team in its management of staff and associates, as and when required.
- Vetting and negotiating the various legal contracts that the company is entering into for its business.
- Maintaining a proper record of all the contracts signed by the Company.
- Liasoning with the external legal advisors and attorneys to discuss the strategy on various suits to be filed by the company or being filed against the company.
- Participate in the various legal strategy meetings to ensure compliance and preparedness of the Company in handling the legal responsibilities.
- To participate in meetings with industry bodies and track the decisions and compliances.
- Maintaining and updating the tracker of all the legal cases going on in various courts.
- A monthly update to be given to the Management of the company on the legal matters. Ensuring filing of all the documents with the necessary authorities.
THE BEST CANDIDATES WILL HAVE
- Minimum 5 years of experience with an LL.B / LL.M background
- Experience working in law firms, with a focus on compliance, transaction, corporate laws, and litigation
Other Details:
- Job Location: Based out of Kolkata, Work at Office @ Saltlake Sector V, Kolkata.
- Working days & Job Timings: Monday – Friday, from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm.
