Job Title: Legal and Due Diligence Intern

Property Exchange, a cutting-edge investment tech marketplace platform for commercial real estate in India, is currently seeking a talented and committed Legal and Due Diligence Intern to join our team. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the transformation of the commercial real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence of real estate projects.
- Perform a thorough examination of property-related documents.
- Prepare detailed reports on due diligence findings to be shared with investors.
- Engage in extensive legal research pertinent to the real estate sector.
- Develop a thorough understanding and ensure compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA Act).
- Collaborate with our team to ensure all legal and compliance standards are met.
Requirements:
- Must be a qualified lawyer; experience in real estate or related field is preferred.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong understanding of the RERA Act and its application.
- Highly detail-oriented and capable of producing thorough and accurate reports.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Additional Details:
This is a two-month remote internship, offering a monthly stipend of INR 5,000. This opportunity provides valuable, hands-on experience in real estate law, due diligence, and compliance, giving you exposure to the dynamic world of commercial real estate investment.
